Many parents don't realize that the popular, brand name lice treatments available at stores not only have ingredients that are closer to bug sprays than shampoos, they actually have higher concentrations of poison than the pest killers available for their yard!
The truth is, while these pesticides may get rid of lice, they are also being absorbed by the skin. As you may well imagine, this can cause a number of negative side effects - from skin irritation, redness and swelling to breathing difficulties or asthmatic episodes - and that's just from regular, recommended use! If any product were accidentally ingested, poison control should be contacted immediately. These treatments have caused vomiting, seizures, even death.
Why compromise for products using poison ingredients? The Licenex Kit naturally removes lice in your family's hair without ANY poisons, pesticides, or risk of negative side effects!
Dual-Use Licenex Kit Removes Lice and Nits!
Not only is Licenex a superior choice for your family, it also provides relief from both active lice infestation and lice eggs (nits). Because lice and nits will burrow and hide in carpet, upholstery, bedding, clothing and more, it's important to thoroughly cleanse these items as well.
Our unique approach utilizes a multi-directional process to safely remove lice and nits from your family's hair. Use the Licenex Kit . . .

Licenex Usage Guide:
- Apply 1/2 oz shampoo to pre-washed, towel-dried (damp) hair and scalp. Do not add more water. Work into a lather and massage into hair and scalp. Pay close attention to nape of neck and behind ears. Put the shower cap on over lathered hair (tuck in longer hair under the cap). Keep head covered for 30-45 minutes. Rinse thoroughly after the time is up.
- After rinsing Licenex out of hair, apply hair conditioner to smooth out tangles (follow directions provided on conditioner bottle). Using a conditioner will make it easy to use the nit comb without tearing the hair. Once the conditioning is finished, have the person sit in a well lit area. Bring the bowl of warm water to a spot you can easily reach, add a splash of Licenex to the water and stir until slightly frothy.
- Next, comb through hair with the wide-toothed comb, removing tangles. Now use the nit comb provided and section the hair (see directions to use lice/nit comb provided). Start at the top, close to the scalp and run the comb slowly to the end. Verify there are no lice or nits in the hair before moving on to the next section. Swish the comb in the bowl of warm soapy water to remove any clinging lice and nits after each time you run it through the hair.
- Once all hair has been combed, flush the contents of the bowl down the toliet and wash the comb in hot, soapy water to remove any remaining lice or nits. Machine wash any towels, clothing or bedding in hot water and dry them on high heat.
- Repeat the steps above the following two days to complete the treatment process.
Caution! Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, immediately flush eyes with water. In case of accidental ingestion, contact your health care professional or poison control center. Keep out of reach of children.
Q: What is the Licenex Kit?
A: The Licenex Kit contains a high quality homeopathic medicinal shampoo and a premium metal lice comb, designed to remove lice and nit infestation without the use of pesticides. The potent ingredients in Licenex are blended into a shampoo solution for maximum ease of delivery. The provided lice comb is used to physically remove both lice and nits from the hair.
Q: How do I use Licenex?
A: Licenex is a multi-purpose formula for thorough lice elimination. Use Licenex on the hair and scalp in a simple shampoo application. Use the Licenex comb, after shampooing, to remove remaining lice and nits.
Q: Do I need to use the nit comb?
A: Yes! After using Licenex to shampoo hair, have the affected person sit in comfortable chair in well lit area. Keep a bowl of of warm, soapy water near by. Once you're ready, first brush hair with the comb to remove any tangles and then, working in small sections, run the comb close to the scalp and slowly rake the comb through the section. Look to ensure there are no lice or nits there and move to the next section. If hair is long, use a bobby pin to keep it out of the way, and between sections, swish the comb in the bowl of warm water to ensure it too is free of lice and nits. Once all hair has been combed, flush the contents of the bowl down the toilet and wash the comb in hot, soapy water to remove any remaining lice or nits. Machine wash any towels, clothing, or bedding in hot water and dry them on high heat.
Q: How soon can I expect results with Licenex?
A: When you use the Licenex Kit as directed, you can expect to notice results with the first application and combing. Depending on your individual situation, you may require one or more follow-up applications.
Q: Am I guaranteed the same results as expressed in the reviews?
A: Because you are a unique individual, we can't promise you will see the exact same results as another. Of course, positive results are more than likely, and we do promise that if you're not 100% satisfied, you can return the product to us for a refund. Return Policy

A: The Licenex Kit is much safer than most chemical pesticide-based shampoos on the market. The Licenex Kit works without pesticides, and our active ingredients are homeopathic. What Are Lice?
Head lice are persistent, wingless parasites that nest in the scalp and feed on human blood. A single louse has a lifespan of around 33 days, during which it will feed, mate, and lay eggs. Typically, many lice will form a community, or "infestation" in the scalp.
Signs of Head Lice Infestation
Although head lice are not a serious health concern, they quickly become an embarrassment and a nuisance. Children and adults with head lice may experience any of the following symptoms:
- Itching of scalp
- Small red bumps and sores
- Swelling of lymph nodes
- Rash with swelling and oozing
Because head lice are so small, they are often difficult to spot. It's easiest to look for nits (eggs) at the base of the hair shaft, near the scalp. Nits resemble oblong, gray dandruff and will not budge with simple brushing.

How to Remove Head Lice Infestation
Though head lice are extremely contagious, they don't spread by flying or jumping. Rather, they seek a warm environment for shelter, and are transferred from person to person as items such as combs and hats are shared between them.
Head lice are able to live away from the scalp for up to three days, which is why treatment must address the surrounding environment as well as the scalp. Mattresses, carpets, bedding, towels and clothing must all be washed just as thoroughly as the hair and scalp in order to remove lice.
The Licenex Kit designed to quickly and safely remove lice and nits from the head, and to relieve symptoms associated with lice infestation, such as itchy, irritated skin. Licenex is safe for adults and children over age 2.
You should remain vigilant against lice while using Licenex. Extra steps you can take are to vacuum carpets thoroughly and dispose of the vacuum bag immediately. If the lice infestation does not improve or becomes more severe, consult your health care professional, as this may be an indication of a more serious condition.
