I have been on Diet Defense for a short while and I have seen results already. I usually spray or drop every few hours in my mouth. I do not do the recommend doses that are on the bottle. I have noticed that my double chin is getting smaller and that my stomach is getting smaller. I do not get hungry as I used to. I spray or drop into my mouth 1 hour or 2 before I eat and throughout the day and I try to drink a lot of water. My portion control is great. I eat half of my food and when it comes to dessert I just have a small portion. I am feeling full all day long. I still eat, but little amounts because I feel like I have not room for a lot of food. I like this product because it is natural and what can be better than that? I do recommend this product to anyone who wants to feel like losing some weight.**
