I purchased a bottle of Anxietin about a month ago. I had just been elected president of an organization and was nervous about public speaking. I also was anxious about little things. OMG! I was nervous about approaching women at my school. After 4 days of taking Anxietin, I was able to approach strange women in my school and have a conversation with them. Since I've been using Anxietin, I've found I have a marked decrease in that "wound-up" uneasy feeling. It's like the edges are worn off, but I still feel alert--calm and "mindful." At first I noticed that I was much happier. Now I'm not sure if I'm noticing much of a difference, but it still relaxes me when I take it.
