  It's so hard to find the motivation to workout after a long day at work, and when I do find it, it's hard for me to make it a routine! I enjoy walking and I've always been an "outdoorsy" sort of girl, but I have never been athletic. I had to talk my highschool gym teacher into giving me a D- so I didn't have to take gym again. lol My daughter is running the mile today so I wished her good luck before she left, but in truth, I walked mine.
  
  I DID start doing a workout video recently and it was going well for awhile, but after I skipped one day I haven't started back up again. -.- I think you had a good idea partnering up. I think I would do better with someone holding me accountable.
  
  I also liked what you said about doing things for you. I mean, it's not like I need to lose a lot or anything, but I've gained some weight sitting in my cubicle snacking all week that I'm not thrilled with. I'm not unrealistic - I have friends that are just naturally stick thin, but that's just not in my cards. I'm built to be a bit more curvy and solid than they are. My goals are for my own body and my own personal happiness. Not for anyone else. :)

  I agree with both of you. I think that a buddy is imperative. When I am left to my own devices when it comes to exercise, I can rationalize my way out of anything. But if I know that someone is counting on me to exercise with them, I have no trouble sticking to it. That's it. I'm getting myself an exercising friend as soon as possible!5/2

From day one, I instilled in my daughter how beautiful her red and thick hair is, how her freckles are adorable and I continue to tell her every day that she is so beautiful on the inside and how that makes her even more radiant on the outside.   There are many, many theories on what foods may boost fertility. Though nothing is truly based on sound scientific research and as each person is different (yes, both the health of man and woman play an equal role here), there is not a one-food-fits all approach.
  
  Other theories include raspberry tea or eating only cooked fruits and veggies (avoiding all raw foods), or according to the Nurses Health Study - eating one serving of full fat dairy every day.
  
  If there was a food that could fix all fertility issues, perhaps the numbers of struggling couples would be far lower. Thankfully, a nutritious and well-balanced diet is certainly going to help improve overall health and on the chances that a pregnancy does occur, it will clearly benefit your beautiful baby :)3/31
