HelloLife® may make improvements or changes in the information and services available on the Site or terminate this Site, at any time without notice. HelloLife® may also modify these Terms at any time, and such modification shall be effective immediately upon either posting on this Site or notifying you at our discretion. By using this Site, you agree to review these provisions periodically to ensure that you are aware of any modifications.

To the extent permitted by law and at the discretion of HelloLife®, remedies are limited to the replacement of the product or supply of an equivalent product or payment of the cost of such replacement or supply. By using this Site, you acknowledge that, except as aforesaid, HelloLife® is not liable for any costs expense loss or damage of whatsoever nature, whether direct, indirect or consequential, caused by or resulting from breach of any condition or warranty. Any claims arising in connection with your use of the Site or any Content must be brought within one (1) year of the date the event giving rise to such action occurred. Remedies under these Terms of Service are exclusive and are limited to those expressly provided for in these Terms.

What We Do With Your Personal Data
We may use Personal Data in order to display custom, personalized content to our visitors. We may also use Personal Data to send newsletters, emails, features, promotional material, surveys and other updates to users who opt in to receive information from HelloLife®. A user may opt-out of receiving such information at any time.
We may occasionally generate reports for advertisers containing aggregate information about our users such as demographics and online usage trends. This allows us to provide content and advertiser offers that are most relevant and beneficial to our users. Except as otherwise disclosed herein, we will not include any Personal Data in these reports. HelloLife® allows users of our Site to send information by email to other parties who may be interested. We do not retain any email addresses (unless you are a member who already has voluntarily provided your email address) of either the sender or recipient of such articles after they are sent.
Sharing Your Personal Data
In addition to the disclosures of Personal Data described above, there are certain circumstances in which we may share your Personal Data with certain third parties without further notice to you, as set forth below:
Business Transfers: As we develop our business, we might sell or buy businesses or assets. In the event of a corporate sale, merger, reorganization, dissolution or similar event, Personal Data may be part of the transferred assets.
Agents, Consultants and Related Third Parties: HelloLife® sometimes hires other companies to perform certain business-related functions. Examples include mailing information, maintaining databases and processing payments. When we employ another company to perform a function of this nature, we endeavor to provide them only with the information that they need to perform their specific function.
Legal Requirements: HelloLife® reserves the right to use or disclose your Personal Data without notice or consent as needed to comply with federal and state law; to conduct investigations of consumer complaints; to protect the integrity of our site; to protect the safety of our visitors or others; and to cooperate in any legal investigation.
Controlling Your Personal Data
A user may change, correct, modify, or delete any Personal Data they may have provided to HelloLife® by contacting us via the "contact us" page on our website(s). Users can also unsubscribe from any newsletters or opt out of various promotional emails by following the directions provided in each mailing.
As a non-member visitor, you may comment or stamp blogs. Before you do so however, you must respond fully to the network's prompt - enter your name and email address and demonstrate you agree to our TOS by checking the appropriate box. In doing so, you will be treated as a member from there on. An account will be created for you and a password will be sent to your account for future use.
Website Traffic Analysis
We may automatically gather general statistical information about our website and visitors, such as, browsers, pages viewed, number of visitors, goods and services purchased, transactions completed, etc. To do this, we use action tags and cookies provided by our site analytics software and marketing partners. Although these partners log the information coming from our site on our behalf, we authorize how that data may and may not be used.
As is true of most web sites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes date/time stamps, browser types, operating systems, internet protocol (IP) addresses, internet service providers (ISPs), referring/exit pages, and clickstream data. Some of our websites use ClickTale® web analytics service. ClickTale may record mouse clicks, mouse movements, and scrolling activity on this website. ClickTale does not collect personally identifiable information, nor is it used on pages where personally identifiable or financial information is entered. ClickTale does not track your browsing habits across web sites which do not use ClickTale services. We may utilize third-party interest-based and remarketing pool advertising to promote our products. All matters and material related to the Site is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan in the United States. Any information users outside of the U.S. provide will be transferred to the United States, and by visiting this Site and submitting Personal Data and other information, you authorize this transfer.

Since no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be totally secure, we do not promise that the Personal Data you provide to us will always be totally secure. Therefore, you should therefore take special care in deciding what information you send to us via the Internet.

60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer our first time customers a 60-day satisfaction guarantee on their first order placed with us. Any follow up purchase of the same product(s) after your first purchase is not covered by the guarantee. Your second purchase is a clear and final indication that you accept the product(s) as-is.
Because we ask you to give our products a minimum of one month's use, we do not accept returns until this 30-day period has been completed. If you are not totally satisfied after at least 30 days of using the product, you may request a refund.
Our Satisfaction Guarantee is designed for a single user for up to 60 days use of product. Therefore, only two (2) bottles/packages of your product can be opened to be eligible for a refund. All other packages/bottles of the same product must be in the factory-sealed container/box (resalable condition) to be eligible for a refund. The unit price of any non-resalable bottles (over the two allowed) will be deducted from your refund amount.
There are no refunds for Special Promotion items and/or packages.
There are no refunds for Non-Consumable items like Shirts, Wristbands etc.. .
Undeliverable or Refused Packages
Refused or undeliverable orders will be refunded according to this policy, less all shipping and handling and a 20% return processing fee. The customer is responsible for providing a deliverable postal address when placing the order.
You have 60 days from when your product was shipped to request a Return Merchandise Authorization for a refund. We do not issue RMA numbers past this 60 day period.
There is no fee for returns qualifying for our 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. Also, we do not refund any shipping charges.
To begin your return, please complete these steps:
- Call our Customer Service at 866-504-7557 in the U.S. or 616-551-4246 outside of the U.S. to receive your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Display this number visibly on the outside of the return package. Packages sent to us without a visible RMA number will not be accepted and will be discarded.
- Your RMA number will expire 14 days after being issued.
- If we do not receive your return package within 14 days of issuing the RMA, your purchase will no longer be eligible for a refund.
- In order for your return to be accepted, you must ship back all of the empty bottles/packages (up to two opened) and any unused, unopened bottles/packages in their factory-sealed containers, along with an RMA form. DOWNLOAD RMA FORM (PDF)
- You are responsible for shipping costs to return the package to us. We strongly recommend returning packages to us through certified mail with a tracking number. If we do not receive your product, and you cannot prove your product was returned, or the product arrives damaged and in unusable condition, we will not issue a refund.

Once your return is received and inspected by our processing center (usually within 72 hours of receipt),your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. We strive to fulfill your order correctly and quickly. In order to maintain the best service, we have set guidelines in our order processing. To thoroughly process your order we need several key elements from you. All must be valid and are listed as follows: first name, last name, email address, phone number, billing address, and a delivery address if different from the billing address.
We ship via USPS, so a valid postal address is required for all orders. FedEX® may be used for special orders, but additional fees may be required. You have 30 days after ordering to contact us if you have not received your product. If we have confirmation your package was delivered we are no longer responsible for your product.
FedEx® will make three attempts to deliver your order before the package is returned to the company; USPS will make one attempt. Customers are issued a refund if their package is returned (less shipping). We cannot reship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable.
International Orders: Customs Fees and Guidelines
Tax and duties for international orders are not included in the shipping charge. Customers are responsible for any additional Customs fees. A separate invoice for the tax and duties (Customs fees) will be charged to you from either USPS or FedEx® or your country's Customs office.
Customs restrictions and warranty issues prevent us from shipping to every international location.
Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws vary from country to country, and it is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the importation of our products. We do not encounter problems with Customs when shipping to most countries.
If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and is returned to us, we will issue you a prompt refund, less shipping costs and any Customs fees charged to HelloLife® by your country. If the package is not returned to us, we cannot issue you a refund. Most orders are held by Customs for the purpose of charging import duties and Customs fees. Please contact the Customs Office in your country about duties and fees before ordering, as we are not responsible for these charges.
If your package is delivered to you and USPS or FedEx® has paid the Customs fees on your behalf, to ensure prompt delivery of your order, you will be responsible to pay the custom fees to USPS or FedEx®. If you do not pay the Customs fees HelloLife® will charge those fees to the credit card you used when placing your order.
All of our products sold internationally are meant for personal use - up to a 90 day supply of each product may be purchased at one time. For international retail opportunities, please call 1-800-801-8820.
Fraud is taken very seriously. Anti-fraud measures are in place at multiple levels and at different stages of the transaction with our merchant account partners.
If you wish to cancel your order, please call our Customer Service at 866-504-7557 in the U.S. or 616-551-4246 outside of the U.S. Your cancellation must be made before your order ships. If the product has not shipped, a refund will be issued by the same method of payment the order was originally charged.
If a cancellation is placed after the order shipped, it is up to the customer to refuse the unopened package or send unopened package back. Once the package is returned, a full refund will be issued, less shipping costs (see Free Shipping and Cancelled Orders below), both to and from your delivery address. All cancellation refunds are processed within five business days. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time.
Once a package has been opened, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. At this point, our standard returns policy applies.
Free Shipping and Cancelled orders: Free shipping is a reward for customers who use our products, and does not apply to cancelled orders. Cancellation refunds on orders that have already shipped will be debited either the published shipping rate or the actual shipping costs, whichever is greater. This applies to both domestic and international orders.
International orders: You are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, and return shipping charges incurred to return the package. Due to the cost of returning packages deemed undeliverable or refused at customs offices, any refused or undeliverable package automatically disqualifies your purchase from refund eligibility.
Advertisements, Promotions and Links
HelloLife® discusses certain products and/or services of third parties on the Site. In occasional cases the third-party product and/or service provider will pay HelloLife® a referral fee for purchases made by individuals that are referred to it by HelloLife®. As noted above, HelloLife® makes no representations or warranties regarding the efficacy of these products and/or services, and your use or reliance upon any product or service that is discussed or promoted via the Site is at your own discretion and is subject to these Terms of Service. Other than as noted herein, HelloLife® does not endorse content on any third-party web sites. HelloLife® is not responsible for the content linked in or out of any third-party sites; sites framed within the HelloLife® Site, or third-party advertisements, and does not make any representations regarding their content or accuracy. Your use of third-party web sites is at your own discretion and subject to the Terms and Conditions of use for such sites.
User Submissions and Contributions
All product reviews posted on our website are user submitted. Our goal is to provide an unbiased review platform for legitimate HelloLife customers to share their experience with our products. Unlike many subscription or ad-revenue-driven third-party review sites, our website falls under regulatory guidelines placed by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). In order to comply with these existing regulations and provide the best possible user experience, the following conditions are applied to our Customer Reviews:
Reviewers Must Be Real People
All user-submitted reviews must contain a valid name, address, phone number, and email address. While this information is not published on our websites, the information is filed and available for review at the request of federal authorities.
Reviewers Must Have Purchased Product
Before publishing a review, we must verify, in our system, that the user did indeed purchase the product they are reviewing. From the time of purchase to the time of review, no more than one calendar year's time may have elapsed.
Editing of Review Content
While we strive to deliver customer reviews in their purest form, there are some circumstances under which we do edit the content:
- To avoid infringing on the intellectual property rights of other companies, we remove any brand-name drug references from our customer's reviews
- To remove inappropriate health claims
- To correct illegible grammar
- To translate a review from a foreign language to English
- To remove offensive or hateful speech
- To remove personally identifiable information
- To remove undesirable spam content
Reviews We Do Not Publish
In addition to the above criteria, there are some reviews that we do not publish on our website. Reviews that are purposefully not published include those that:
- Are related to customer service (not a product review)
- Are from individuals who are simply being antagonistic
- Are deemed maliciously submitted by a competing company, its employees, or its proponents
- Are intended to question the methodology, safety, or efficacy of homeopathy, dietary supplements, the complementary health industry, federal regulatory agencies, our company, employees, or brand names
- Include exorbitant claims
- Cannot be made sense of after editorial review
- Contain content that is blatantly false, misleading, or hateful
- Contain content that seems in conflict with the selected star rating
Less-Than-Favorable (Negative) Reviews
Use of our products is typically considered self-managed health care. Due to variations in product use, diet, exercise, body composition, or underlying or compound health conditions, we understand that our products may not meet every individual's expectations. If, after using our product for a fair amount of time, as indicated in our return policy, it does not meet your expectations and you wish to review the product in what you consider a negative manner, please adhere to the guidelines stated above. HelloLife cannot publish a review with anonymous or incomplete sender information, nor can we publish a review that is profane and/or misleading. Tell the facts of your experience and be honest in your appraisal of the product.
All user-submitted reviews, including less-than-favorable reviews, are valuable both to us and those considering purchasing our products. Please keep in mind that many HelloLife products are OTC medicines marketed with indications and symptom relief claims as listed in the Homeopathic Pharmacopeia of the United States and the Homeopathic Materia Medica. We do not publish reviews that are submitted in an effort to undermine the legal status of homeopathic products or the production methods involved.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold HelloLife®, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers, harmless from and against any claims, actions or demands, liabilities and settlements including without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, resulting from, or alleged to result from, your breach of or default under these Terms of Service.
HelloLife® makes no claims that Content is appropriate or may be downloaded in any country or jurisdiction. Access to Content may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries. If you access the Site you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with the laws of your country's jurisdiction. HelloLife® is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages of any kind whatsoever (including, without limitation, attorneys' fees and lost profits or savings) in any way due to, resulting from, or arising in connection with this site, including its original and third party content, regardless of any negligence of HelloLife®.
Any claim or controversy arising out of or related to these Terms of Service, the Site, or the services or products provided on or through the Site shall be settled by binding arbitration to be held the USA, and these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, as they apply to agreements made and solely performed therein. Disputes arising hereunder shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the State of Michigan. This will include any connection with any such dispute including any claim involving HelloLife® or its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, contractors, officers, directors, telecommunication providers and content providers.
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms of Service, which shall remain in full force and effect.
