One of the issues with restless legs, the problem affected my sleep as well. During the night, my legs would start kicking and of course I didn't realize it, it didn't wake me up, but all of a sudden Donna would push me on the shoulder and wake me up and say "You're running in your sleep, you're running in your sleep!" I am a 34 year old, homeschooling mother of 3 young boys. With each of my pregnancies I started getting nasty creepy crawly feelings in my legs that I could not relieve no matter how I stretched or moved. It never failed that as soon as I sat to rest my legs would start acting up. The 'bugs in my bones' started aggravating in waves, my muscles contracted spontaneously, and then the uncontrollable twitching (kicking my poor hubby every so often!). The doctor said I was just on my feet too long and my legs weren't happy with the extra weight I was putting on them. With the birth of the first two boys my legs settled down like normal. I use Restulex for restless legs. Before I go to bed in the evening I put three droppers on the tongue. It truly helps to calm the nerves in my legs so I can get a more restful sleep. I went to a chiropractor and he recommended it to me. My symptoms were that my legs, but mostly my feet, would just not be still when I tried to go to sleep. It is almost like they moved on their own, and I could not control the movement. When I take the Restulex my feet are able to rest, no movement, and then I can go to sleep.

I developed restless leg syndrome after my most recent surgery. This had happened to me before after surgery and it lasted for months and was miserable. This time I searched for answers and found this web page and this product. When I received it I started using it in water as suggested. Then I started just taking the dropper-full each morning and night directly in to the mouth. There is no taste. It's like taking water, but I can tell you, within taking 3 doses I no longer had the problem. I was finally able to sleep at night and experienced no issues ever while using it. I still no longer suffer from RLS. It works...I am ordering more, so if my symptoms even start to come back slightly, I will have the solution immediately. Be aware, there is potassium in it, so if you can't take potassium (as my father in law can't) you don't want to use this without talking to your doctor.

After having problems walking and with balance I was diagnosed with Sarcoid of the lymph nodes. There is no cure for sarcoid and they don't know what causes it. Along with the original problems I started having a problem with my legs jumping at night when I went to bed. Sometimes they would jump so violently that it would wake me from a sound sleep. The only way I was able to get back to sleep was walk around the house for 20 or 30 minutes. The doctors had me trying different medications but most did nothing. I didn't have any problems before I developed sarcoid. One doctor decided to have me try [prescription medication]. They thought that, not having restless leg prior to sarcoid, it possibly had something to do with the sarcoid. After being on [prescription] for 6 weeks the leg jumping had slowed to 2 or 3 per week. Once a month I would still get 3 to 4 days in a row that I had a problem. I decided to look for other ways to help my problem and that is when I came across Restulex. Since I have been taking the Restulex my episodes of leg jumping have lessened in frequency. I have been going 14 days plus without a episode and when I do have them they only last one night and are far less intense. I have just started taking the [prescription] every other day, so we will have to see how that goes for 4 to 6 weeks, and maybe stop it altogether. However, I will still continue taking the Restulex and don't have any plans to stop using it. I don't know how or why it works but it definitely helps. There will always be a few bottles on my shelf. Homeopathic remedies are prepared according to the guidelines of the Homeopathic Pharmacopeia of the United States (HPUS), which was written into law in the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act in 1938.
