Well thank you ! I have had constant thick yellowish candida/thrush going on in my mouth for months - no, years. My cheeks were coated with it. Tried several medicines with no luck. Suddenly yesterday, it disappeared. The only thing I can think of is that I have taken two or three ginger capsules - without seeing your list, I might add. But I had heard that Indian spices might help and I happened to have the ginger ! Your list of natural cures confirmed it.
