I used the Vita-Female MultiVitamins before they were improved by going natural. I did not understand how I would maintain my stamina with the 9 mg of iron being omitted from the vitamins. I asked one of HelloLife representatives and I was told the iron is in green vegetables. I purchased the new improved Vita-Female Multivitamins. It has not been thirty days yet and I am not missing a beat! I need to purchase some more because I have given away my two extra bottles to my hairstylist and my daughter to try. I found it convenient to add to my daily. However, I'm not sure that I would take this product again. While it was starting to work with me, I did not like the aftertaste (the burp-up taste). Because of this, I didn't finish my bottle. However, I would still recommend this product! Since the only thing that I did not like was the aftertaste, I would still tell people about it, as everyone is different. I did give it to my mom, and she did not have a problem with the taste.

Homeopathic remedies are prepared according to the guidelines of the Homeopathic Pharmacopeia of the United States (HPUS), which was written into law in the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act in 1938.
