Studies Show Soy Nuts Help Lower Blood Pressure Naturally
Science research "vastly recommends the inclusion of soy nuts in an individual's diet to control and lower blood pressure." A study completed at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston reported positive results from women eating soy nuts to lower blood pressure naturally. The study tested 60 healthy women, 12 with diagnosed hypertension and 48 women known to have normal blood pressure. The groups of women were given two different diets for eight weeks. The first diet was a Therapeutic Lifestyle Change diet, concluding 15 % protein, 30 % calories obtained from fat, 55 % carbohydrates, 1,200 mg of calcium daily, two meals consisting of salmon or tuna per week, and under 200 mg of cholesterol intake daily. The second diet consisted of the same calorie intake, equal fat and protein intake, however, the women replaced protein intake of 25 grams with unsalted soy nuts approximately one-half cup daily. Results presented finding that conquer "Soy nut supplementation helped lower blood pressure significantly by reducing the systolic and diastolic numbers. There are many other studies conducted on how soy nuts help lower blood pressure naturally, which continue to provide data to support a reduction in systolic and diastolic numbers when soy nuts are included in a participants" diet. Aside from the multiple positive effects of eating healthy to lower blood pressure, soy nuts is shown, to be a benefit for lowering pre-hypertension naturally.
