The Emotional Health Support Group

Though it's easy to view ourselves in parts - our physical self, our social self, our mental and emotional self - we should remember that these parts are deeply interconnected. Physical problems can affect our mental and emotional wellbeing and the opposite it true as well.

Mental and emotional health issues are no less serious than a physical health condition and, because these problems often stem from a variety of causes, they can be even more difficult to treat.

If you're living with mental and/or emotional health problem please join us! Share your frustrations and find support, advice and an understanding ear.
