Peanut butter ????

    What about peanut butter do you have any idea of its Vitamins In someone?  would like to have more idea about this if anyone knows please!

    Peanut butter is a good source of fats and proteins, I suppose. But, predominantly, lots of fats. Mainly the good ones, though, along with some fatty acids and minerals. It's pretty high in Manganese and Niacin. However, I would not recommend eating solely peanut butter. It doesn't have the right kinds of nutrients to keep your body balanced. But as long as you're eating peanut butter, might I suggest a peanut-butter-and-banana sandwich on whole wheat or some peanut butter on celery with raisins?

    Oh wow, I see, Emily, thank you for your answer, and sharing with me, sounds positive, truly, I am glad for the idea, peanut butter is our mean dishes of food here, we eat , we call it domooda in my local language! we cooked for soup and rice, and sometimes use it in bred! and also is good for stomach pain, u mix it with a honey! and eat! good for store match pain!
