It is easier to create a bad habit than a good one and i havea whole lot of bad ones than good so how do i break the cycle? Slow and steady wins the race. Slowly changing my habits to good will definately make me a better person a better mom better friend and so on.....i have to admit feels like another set of new year resolutions and chances are those go out the window by the second month . Usually i make resolutions on new years, chinese new years, my birthday, my sons birthday quaterly and blah blah blah....Nothing. I try to move mountains before going up the stairs to leave the house before getting to the mountain lol. So this time i will start small build up. Instead of writing 20 goals down i will start with one.
My health is my number one. If i feel good about myself am a happier person at home and work. To be physically and mentally fit then everything else will fall in to place. I used to work out 7 days a week....that was when all i cared about was how sexy i was ....so now after having a baby ...(baby is 5 years old lol) getting out of a not so good partnership i have 60lbs to get rid off and turn it to muscle or just drop off the body....yeah not planning to join a body building contest, just want to stop afew things from jiggling too much and wear a tshirt without having to strangle my belly with spanx lol...so help me God.....
