(2) Symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis include: stiffness, pain, weakness, inflammation, loss of appetite, and fatigue. These symptoms can develop over a long or short period of time. There is a chance that sufferers of RA will not have all the symptoms or will have different combinations of symptoms from other sufferers. (3)

Natural Treatment and Remedies for RA

Many people are completely unaware of the natural ways to treat RA as well as the natural remedies available to them. Some of the more popular ways to treat RA naturally include: dietary changes, low impact exercises, relaxation, and natural supplements. There are some things that RA sufferers should not include in their diet. Some other ways to help people relax and release stress include meditation, self hypnosis, and natural supplements.
